In 2006, the BBR – Brazilian Business Review was indexed in Latindex – Regional Online Information System for Scientific Journals of Latin America, Caribbean, Spain and Portugal (www.latindex.unam.mx). Later, BBR - Brazilian Business Review became part of the database of EBSCO Publishing (www.ebsco.com), located in Birmingham, Alabama, USA. These are important steps to consolidate BBR - Brazilian Business Review as an international scientific magazine.
In 2007, the BBR - Brazilian Business Review was classified as A NATIONAL by Qualis / CAPES. The Qualis is the result of the classification of journals used by post-graduate program for the dissemination of the intellectual production output of their teachers and students, according to CAPES.
In 2008, with changes in classification criteria of Qualis/CAPES, BBR - Brazilian Business Review is replaced by new classification, B2.
In 2013, the BBR - Brazilian Business Review, became part of the Spell - Scientific Electronic Library Periodicals, which is a system of indexing, search and free availability of scientific and REPEC - Research Papers in Economics, a bibliographic database dedicated to economics and related disciplines.
In 2014, theBBR – Brazilian Business Review became part of SIS (Scientific Indexing Services), ProQuest, Directory of Research Journals Indexing, SJIF Journals Master List, Research Bible, Citefactor, ,Global Impact Factor,Gale, Ulrich’s e J- Gate, and Copernicus .
In 2015, the BBR - Brazilian Business Review was re-evaluated by Qualis/CAPES, being upgraded to B1 level and classified as one of the most relevant journals in the area.
The BBR – Brazilian Business Review got positive evaluation of index COPERNICUS, on 2014.http://jml2012.indexcopernicus.com/Brazilian+Business+Review,p24780865,3.html
The BBR – Brazilian Business Review got positive evaluation of index Redalyc (Red de Revistas Científicas de América Latina y el Caribe, España y Portugal) on 02/08/2010.
